Self-help courses don’t work. Look, if self-help courses worked, there wouldn’t be a need for psychiatrist, I mean just read the book and you would be all better. Have you ever had a day where you felt really good? On this really good feeling day you smiled constantly, laughed and enjoyed each moment. Life seemed so easy, good feelings flowed into each other until a stream of good feeling gently moved you from one feel good experience to the next.Take just a moment to remember one of these feel good days. The smile appears on your face, your heart swells with joy and happiness as you feel that experience all over again. Allow yourself a few minutes to really enjoy these feelings of bliss.Weve all had these feel good days. We long for them to return. Why dont we experience feel good days each and every day?

We have many wants, new cars, homes, money, relationships and love, just to name a few. We dont run out of things and experiences to want for, to ask for. Wanting and asking are the really easy parts of our creating process. How to actually get what we are wanting is what we all want to know how to do. Lets cover some basic steps in working with the Law of Attraction. First we want. Our wants are generally based on a natural need and desire for creature comfort. We all want a comfortable home, trusty car, health, love, food and money.When we dont have these things in the quantity or quality that suits us we are aware of our wanting. We say out loud and to anyone who will listen that we want something. Our awareness of lack in our lives gives us opportunity to express a desire for something we do want.
